On Thursday 3 June, the Mossman Mill will fire up the main boilers to conduct steaming trials in anticipation of a June 15 start to the 2021 season.

Mossman Mill installed Boiler Water Level Controls during the off season but the upgrade has caused some teething issues at the beginning of the season. After more modifications and inspections overnight, the boilers were fired up this morning at 5.30 am and today’s crush is well underway with bins busily rolling in to the Mill.
